I'm a courier driver, showed up at 5am, they had a room available. They gave me till 1pm to check out. Still had a fantastic steaming hot shower with great water pressure. Room is nice, clean.
Nice size rooms. The headboard area is a wall that’s mostly a mirror. Safe area near a lot of shopping & places to eat. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t tell you if it was good or not. I’d stay here again if ever in the area.
Quite nice, we stayed 2 nights. Room was clean, linens were nice. Staff was pleasant. Being so close to the interstate we were happy that our room was very quiet. (Our room was on the front entrance side.) Our TV was quite dim we reported it to the desk. Overall, we’d stay here again.
Great price for a great room and the service was awesome. They could upgrade their breakfast menu better by adding more hot foods besides a waffle maker. But otherwise everything was great.
This is a good location if you are going to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The staff I encountered gave excellent service. The breakfast choices were good. The room and overall hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a lovely fragrance throughout the hotel.
Stood there for 3 nights ,super clean ,comfortable beds ,I highly recommend not to book room on side by highway runs the traffic is loud . Other then that everything was perfect. Nice and clean breakfast bar as well. Very pleasant staff .10 out of 10 for me. Thanks again Microtel Inn for another great stay , I won't stay anywhere else.
The staff was friendly and very helpful, and kept everything cleaned. Breakfast was available from 6 to 9 a.m. A variety of foods were offered, including waffles, fresh fruit, bagels with cream cheese, cereal, yogurt, juice, milk, and coffee. Plus, there was a coffee maker in the room. The hotel is easy to find and plenty of parking spaces in their parking lot.The back of the hotel is near the highway. Noise from traffic during the night might be bothersome.
